Property Description

Space to breathe and room to live simply, all in a one level home on more than two acres! Built in 1997 this 1,782 sq ft single-family residence is a fixer, but it offers endless potential! Inside, the straightforward layout features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room AND a family room, giving you plenty of space to relax. Outside, the 2.11-acre homesite gives you that extra elbow room that's hard to find so close to the city! A two-stall barn with a tack room, an indoor arena and four fenced pastures, all give this property that country feel! The home is a fixer, but with some work and a vision, it’s the kind of place where life can slow down, routines will feel simpler, and your heart will be at home.
